PUMPKIN BODY SCRUB

¼ cup cooked pureed pumpkin
¼ cup brown sugar

Combine the ingredients in a small bowl. Apply the mixture to your body using a damp cloth. Scrub your body using circular motions and wash off with warm water.

PUMPKIN FACE MASK

OILY SKIN

¼ cup fresh pumpkin meat
1 teaspoon pumpkin seed oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 egg yolk

Combine all the ingredients and blend it together in a food processor. Apply the mixture to your face and leave on for 20 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water.

DRY SKIN

¼ cup fresh pumpkin meat
1 teaspoon pumpkin seed oil
Splash of milk or cream

Combine the ingredients and blend it all together in a food processor. Apply the mixture to your face leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with water. The milk or cream is great for dry skin as it will moisturize and nourish it.

PUMPKIN FACIAL SCRUB

PUMPKIN HAIR MASK

½ cup pureed pumpkin
¼ cup of natural plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of honey

Combine the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Apply the mask through your entire hair (all the way from the roots to your tips.) Put on a shower cap and leave on for about 30 minutes. Rinse off well with lukewarm water. Style as usual. An excellent conditioner for dry hair, this recipe will make your hair shiny and soft.

½ cup pureed pumpkin
1 egg
½ tsp honey

Combine all the ingredients and blend together. Apply the pumpkin mixture to your feet and calves. Wrap your feet in plastic bags. Leave on for 15 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water. This simple pedicure will keep your feet super-soft.
