Angela Lindvall is renowned for her creative versatility: she brings that quality to her professional life as a model, actress and TV host, as well as to her private life as a student and, more recently, teacher of kundalini yoga, avid environmentalist, wellness advocate, and mother.
In 2005, Lindvall launched the pioneering nonprofit initiative The Collage Foundation., an educational entertainment platform advocating environmental awareness and positive change.
Thanks to her eco-activism, Lindvall was selected to host one of the first major “green fashion” shows during New York Fashion Week in 2007. She is also a founding board member of the Natural Resources Defense Council’s "Clean by Design," an initiative to revolutionize the textile industry in China.
During a trip to Bali in 2008, Lindvall became acquainted with the green-design luxury jewelry brand John Hardy. A mutual commitment to the environment led to a collaboration on charity bracelets made from recycled silver; proceeds of sales benefitted the nonprofit environmental group ForestEthics, which protects North American forests, wildlife and the people who depend on them.
Lindvall became the face of John Hardy from 2010-2011, and the relationship expanded into the eco-responsible Angela by John Hardy collection for QVC in 2011.
