Caroline Priebe is currently the product development manager for Rogan and Loomstate. Her interest in sustainable design began at CCAC in San Francisco while studying under the pioneering Lynda Grose who designed the e-collection for Esprit in the early '90s.
Caroline has worked for DKNY, Maria Cornejo, and Alabama Chanin. She founded her collection, Uluru, in July 2004 based on "slow fashion" design principles which sold at Barneys, Nordstroms, and Holt Renfrew. She co-founded the 5 in 1 designer retail collaborative in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with like minded sustainable designers such as Tara St.James of Study, H. Fredriksson, and Dirty Librarian Chains.
Caroline is a stylist, image consultant, sustainable design and business model expert, and a certified Martha Beck life coach. She is currently writing a book titled The Collection, an introduction to "slow fashion," an investigation into garment construction, and instructions on how to build one's own personal "collection."
