Hold the phone and shut the door: Matt & Nat now sells shoes. (That squee of delight you heard was us, #sorrynotsorry) Featuring the same ethically sourced, animal-friendly materials as its signature bags (polyurethane uppers, rubber soles), as well as their clean, minimalist lines, the footwear collection comprises seven classic silhouettes: a wingtip brogue, two flatform Oxfords, a thick-soled sneaker, a high-top, an ankle-strap sandal, and a criss-cross-strap slingback. Inscribed beneath the logo on each insole is the promise that “no animals were hurt making this shoe.” P.S.: Although the shoes, which range from $85 to $115, are geared toward women, the Canadian company says that a men’s line is on its way.
