Peter Toomey, a Leander, Texas based deck builder, is making use of something that would normally be thrown away. Toomey has come up with a new way to recycle leftover composite deck boards and plastic bags, turning them into a fun collection of what he calls ‘GoGreenGames‘. Thus far, Toomey has created everything from horseshoes to a 3-D version of tic-tac-toe. GoGreenGames are produced with a blend of recycled wood fibers and plastics, and for every game made, 31 plastic bags are kept off the Earth’s landfills.
