Designed by <a title="Double-Tower Waternet Building Recycles The Whole of Amsterdam's Water" href="http://www.ahh.nl/" target="_blank">Architectuurstudio Herman Hertzberger</a>, the building holds open plan offices, a restaurant, a congress hall and a café. Waternet is the only institution in the Netherlands concerned with the entire natural water cycle (from rainwater to surface water, and groundwater), and it provides the entire city of Amsterdam with fresh, purified H2O.1
