Everyone falls into a family food rut at one point (or at least everyone we know does). Perhaps it’s because we’re all so busy and then suddenly BOOM! It’s 6 pm, and everyone’s "hangry" and dinner is definitely not anywhere near ready. Perhaps meal planning is not your favorite way to spend Sunday night and you stick to the same recipes week after week. Perhaps your kiddos only eat white foods, and this is not the week or month you are going to fight it. We get it, but we know you and your family’s tastebuds may just need a little nudge. We’ve found 8 Instagrams that showcase doable, family-friendly meals. They’re bright, colorful, healthy and vegan. Unfortunately, there’s no way (yet) to have them cook themselves, but after you get a glimpse of these sweet and savory dishes, you may just get reenergized to put down your take-out menu and stir up some yumminess in the kitchen.
