Designer Todd Oldham has teamed up with Target to launch a modern craft collection for kids. The line, inspired by Todd Oldham's 2009 book Kid Made Modern, includes a wide range of projects that are sure to appeal to design savvy parents, and ahem, their children. Besides their modern aesthetic, you'll love that they are all at Target prices - no kit is more than $20.
Expect your kid’s creativity to run wild with Todd Oldham’s Kid Made Modern craft kits from Target. The $20 kits are totally affordable and with a variety of projects to choose from one (but probably more than one) will catch the eyes of your boy or girl.
The collection boasts several crayon kits – gem-shaped crayons, crayon disks and multi-tone crayons. A Charlie Harper paint-by-numbers kit is not to be missed. Girls will love dressing up in DIY Moon Rock Jewelry and Beach Bash kits. If coloring and drawing is their thing, go for the Comic Book kit or the Studio in a Box. There’s also paper flower making kits, elephant and lion shaped cushion projects, and kits that help kids make bags from duct tape.
No matter which project you choose, they all feature fun pops of color and modern design like none other than Todd Oldham could deliver. The only drawback – we wish Oldham and Target chose eco-friendly supplies to feature in their kits
The Kids Made Modern collection isn’t out yet, but it will be in store May 20th.
