It was commissioned by The Horticultural Development Company, and it feature walls with embossed letters. These walls are made from a new biodegradable material called Nabasco 5010, which is a mix of bioresin and <a title="Is The World's First Building With a Bio-based Façade?" href="http://inhabitat.com/interview-with-south-africas-hemp-expert-tony-budden/" target="_blank">hemp</a> fibers.1
