OSMO was designed for the latest edition of Light Night Canning Town, a free festival of light, community and energy held in the streets of London. The site-specificspace was raised right underneath the A13 flyover and measured 30-foot wide. The idea was to re-create an infinite cosmos corresponding with the festival’s theme “The Fire and The Stars”.

The inflatable structure could recreate stars by using laser beams bounced in-between layers of film. This magical effect allowed visitors to stare at the inner-mirrored walls and gaze at the ‘stars’ while immersed in a fascinating glittering landscape. According to Loop.pH, OSMO is “the most cosmologically transporting experience this bit of A-road has ever seen.”
