- Very Large Structure Manuel DominguezManuel Dominguez’s “Very Large Structure” is a huge nomadic city that can move to different locations in search of work and resources. Reminiscent of Ron Herron’s Walking City and Archigram’s utopian visions of the future from the 1960s, Dominguez’s project takes the concept of large-scale moving city further by incorporating on-board energy generation.1

- Very Large Structure Manuel DominguezDominguez claims that the structure could actually be built - he based it on mechanisms and existing technology from the mining, transportation and robotics industries as well as plans from contemporary eco villages.7
