The McLaren P1’s hybrid powertrain combines a mid-mounted 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with an electric motor for a combined output of 903 horsepower and 664 lb-ft. of torque. All that power is sent to the ground via a seven-speed transmission that directs power to the rear wheels. According to McLaren the P1 also has the ability to drive up to travel up to 12 miles in full electric mode with an average speed of 30 mph.

The McLaren P1 is set to be released this fall with a starting price set at £866,000 or $1.31 million. If you have the means you’d better put your order in now, since McLaren is only going to produce 375 vehicles.
