If you’re constantly running out of shelf space for your books, you’ll love the L Shelf, a modular shelving system designed by Aurélien Veyrat of the French design firm Objet Optimisé. Made from bent wood, the modular units can be assembled without a single tool or nail. Described as “the comma that punctuates space without limitation,” the playful L Shelf comes in two finishes: a matt varnished birch or matt varnished walnut. When not in use, the bookcase comes apart easily and stacks together in a space-saving column.
