The Sky Walk rests atop Králický Sněžník mountain, rife with the green and snowy white hues of winter. Fránek Architects constructed the feature using both steel and wood, which was an intentional homage to the natural surroundings. The wide walkways can accommodate visitors with disabilities or strollers, making sure everyone can enjoy the view.

For the most daring of all visitors, the very top of the structure holds a stretch of netting on which people can climb and take in the full view. Resting above the scenic Morava river and snowcapped trees may appeal to some, yet sliding down the curving, windowed slide may be adventure enough for others. Everyone who strolls the walkway will benefit from informational boards dotting the railings and teaching on the site’s history. Would you take a walk in the sky?
