Industrial modernism meets rustic ski lodge in this Tribeca loft by Jane Kim Design. The NYC-based designer used reclaimed barn wood for the counters and salvaged marble slabs in the master bathroom to give the space a sustainable touch. Proving that luxury can be green, Kim’s loft boasts wooden and wrought iron columns, hardwood floors, and exposed dark red brick. The beautiful home is a great example of how, with good design, one man’s trash can be another man’s counter top. See more photos here.
