The development team behind Hub, which will soon be Brooklyn's tallest tower, has just released new renderings of the 55-story building's interior and they show an interior that is every bit as swanky as the building is tall. Designed by Dattner Architects, the building will have gorgeous units with stunning views along with "40,000 square feet of everything" in terms of amenities, including an indoor pool, a dog park, a landscaped terrace, a large lounge space, and even indoor and outdoor movie screens.
Located at the intersections of Schermerhorn Street, Third Avenue and Flatbush Avenue, Hub will offer 720 rental units made up of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Approximately 144 of the apartments will be affordable rental units.
Designed in collaboration with Goldstein Hill & West Architects and developed by Steiner NYC, the soaring tower was designed to create a strong sense of community thanks to the amazing amenities integrated into the design. In addition to the ample community green space, future residents will also be able to enjoy the large indoor pool, a gym and yoga space, a sky lounge, a screening room, an entertainment area, a dog run, and plenty of bike storage.
Although Hub is certainly on its way to being the borough’s tallest tower, that glory will be relatively short-lived as the building’s height will eventually be surpassed by the City Point Tower 3 and 9 Dekalb Avenue buildings.
Leasing for units in Hub is expected to open in January 2017.
