Developed in partnership by Seiksui House and Miller and Smith, One Loudoun has already managed to secure $30 million in public infrastructure capital towards its walkable and transit-oriented development. Its 3 mile proximity to the Dulles Airport make the new development a transit hub and will also be the home of the World Trade Center Dulles Airport, which is estimated to generate as many as 14,000 new jobs and serve as a powerful economic development engine for the local economy.

I am not sure this qualifies as sustainable. Its really just another example of urban sprawl being greenwashed. Sustainable would be redeveloping closer in areas with such a project.
