Her only homemaker&#8217;s chore these days is washing the dishes &#8211; still the old fashioned way &#8211; standing at the sink looking out the window claiming it is good exercise for her arthritis and eyesight. The truly lumpy sink must be replaced; ditto for the leaking faucet which our plumber refuses to fix yet again. Nilea would love to bring the fun back into the kitchen for her mom, family and visitors.<\/p>\n<p>It would delight Nilea&#8217;s mother to have a deep sink where she could &#8216;exercise&#8217; up to her elbows with the pots and pans. An elegant, efficient faucet (ADA approved) would be a great wink to modernity for her. She&#8217;s never had a sprayer and oh, would that be fun! A couple of safety grab bars and an innovative MotionSense faucet &#8211; how could life be richer?<\/p>\n<p>Nilea has already scrubbed and prepared the cabinetry for seafoam green paint and refinished the hardwood floors with tips from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.doityourself.com\/#b\" target=\"_blank\">Doityourself.com<\/a> website. Her mom&#8217;s collection of antiquated cleaning supplies have now been replaced with homemade green cleaners from Inhabitat&#8217;s how-tos. It&#8217;s a long shot, but Nilea would love and appreciate an opportunity to complete her mother&#8217;s kitchen with Moen products.
