This charming home, built in 1928\u00a0 had been lovingly cared for\u00a0by the previous owners. It was solidly built, well-maintained\u00a0and clean as a whistle when Kim purchased it this year. When she first saw the kitchen she suspected that it had not been updated since the 1960&#8217;s. The colorful, patterned carpet\u00a0evokes a feeling of the mod 60&#8217;s era and was likely quite trendy\u00a0in its time. The bright orange countertops are certainly cheery, but begged to be updated. The fake wood cabinets, brown paneling, old sink, ancient appliances, and dark and dreary interior are just waiting to be transformed.
