She&#8217;s disabled and provides housing to other people with her disability. Her home was built in 1958. The kitchen has never had an update. The electric outlet for the refrigerator doesn&#8217;t work so she has to use an extension cord. It is 15+ years old and an energy hog. The old stove was dangerous, but she couldn&#8217;t afford to replace it. There\u2019s no dishwasher, not enough counter or cupboard space and very poor lighting. Space is terribly underutilized.
