The multifunctional Container bed uses a modular system for easy customization. Extra storage added to the sides can double as stairs that lead up to the elevated mattress. The space below the bed can be accessed as a crawl space or, once the bed is lifted, used as a short walk-in closet. The storage space can be arranged to the user’s liking and includes units with rails for hanging clothes like dress shirts, as well as shelving units.

The modular system is made from 100% recyclable Ecolegno wood panels made from timber sourced from FSC forests and high-density polymers. The panels come in a variety of colors and finishes. The starting price for the Container bed is €3,800.
