At Virginia Motorsports Park last week, Larry “Spiderman” McBride took the Lawless EV Racing Rocket drag racing bike to a new world electric drag racing record of 7.246 seconds while reaching a speed of 185.46 miles per hour. The 1,610-horsepower bike rode straight to the top of the National Electric Drag Racing’s standings, proving once again that electric bikes can have serious chops.

There isn’t much else to say, except that you need to watch the video above to get a sense of just how fast Spidey got the Lawless Racing Rocket off the line. Immediate torque from an electric motor is truly something to behold.
