The tower is located in a prominently visible location in an eastern district of Beirut, Lebanon. Through the shifting of floor plates, the architects introduced generous amounts of outdoor areas for each of the 19 living units. The apartments extend all the way outwards from the core and enjoy great views of the city thanks to panoramic windows up to 12 meters wide.

Fluid spaces, large balconies and wall-to-wall window frames characterize each of the apartments. Thanks to the fixed core with lifts and staircases at the heart of the building, there are no constrains on the layout of the apartments. Each floor has two supporting girders and two panoramic window frames rotates 90 degrees per level. Both the crossing girders and the core stabilize the tower, which is particularly advantageous in a seismically active area like Beirut.
