- Lake Cottage by UUfieThis tiny woodland home shimmers in the wintry landscape of Ontario, Canada. Located near the Kawartha Lakes, the small, 700-square foot cabin was designed by Canadian architecture studio UUfie as a living and dining room extension to a larger family house. Envisioned as a reinterpreted tree house, the ‘Lake Cottage’ is wrapped a series of mirrored panels to create the illusion of a dwelling "containing the forest inside."1
