Douglas Elliman describes the 180 sq. ft. apartment [1] as a “Small Penthouse Studio with a terrace in an elegant pre-war full service building just off Park Avenue”. Despite its tiny size [2], the studio is conveniently-located just two blocks from Central Park, and is actually twice the size of this woman’s place [3].
The one catch, that is if you don’t count the apartment’s meager proportions as a catch, is that the monthly maintenance is $1,716.98. But that might be expected in a luxury UES building with a 24-hour doorman building. At least you don’t have to spend too much money on furniture because a convertible couch is probably about all you can fit in here comfortably.
