Tiny 180 square foot Manhattan PenthouseDespite its <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/5-super-efficient-tiny-new-york-apartments/">tiny size</a>, the studio is conveniently-located just two blocks from Central Park, and is actually twice the size of <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/womans-impossibly-tiny-90-sq-ft-manhattan-apartment-is-one-of-the-smallest-in-nyc/">this woman's place</a>.4
Tiny 180 square foot Manhattan PenthouseThe one catch, that is if you don't count the apartment's meager proportions as a catch, is that the monthly maintenance is $1,716.98.5
