I use Daily Essential Nutrients by Hardy Nutritionals. I get them cheapest at They have 36 vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, amino-acids and botanicals ground down to a bioavailable size…you wouldn\\\’t believe the studies they have out of Harvard or what happens to your mood when you take it consistently. Meds should not be our first resort!! Check out their site at least!
