Vertical Garden Cleans Air Inside Office Building In Spain
Located in an atrium in Elche, Spain, this huge vertical garden tretches up all the way to the ceiling. Designed and installed by Urbanarbolism in collaboration with Paisajismo Urbano, this living wall is thought to be the largest vertical garden in all of Spain.
Drexel University’s Biowall
Parker Urban Greenscapes installed this huge biowall in the atrium of Drexel University’s new Papadakis Integrated Sciences Building in the fall of 2011. The 80-foot tall BioWall which boasts over 1,500 plants is actually an integrated part of the building’s air handling system to help clean the indoor air.
Vertical Garden Window Front at Barcelona’s Replay Store
Vertical Garden Design convinced Barcelona’s Replay store to let them have fun with their window displays by installing a couple of vertical gardens. These verdant installations are perfect backdrops for a variety of wares and entrance window shoppers to take a step inside for a breath of fresh air.
