Gallery: 60,000 sq ft Prefab Apartment Complex to be Completed This Sum...

 

Interface Studio Architects, who gave us the 100K house, is upping the ante in sustainable prefab building by designing a new 72 unit LEED-certified apartment complex in Philadelphia. To be completed this summer, the project features a green roof, great urban density, lots of room for bikes, and, of course an efficient manufacturing process.

    Very cool writeup, but these guys are Interface Studio Architects, not Innovative…though their work certainly is.

    Thanks for picking up the story. We’re quite excited to see all of those boxes stacking up. A quick correction > our firm is called Interface Studio Architects (not Innovative Studio Architects – though I like it!).
