Mas Rodo WInery-Sala FerusicThe beautiful Mas Rodó winery in Mediona, Spain is built on top of the remains of an old 18th century Catalan cottage. Founded in 2005, the winery released its first wines to the public in 2009 -- not too long after the new building opened. The renovation was completed by Barcelona-based Sala Ferusic, and it combines historic architecture with modern techniques, materials and energy-efficient design. A brilliant green (Pantone 375C) is used as an accent in the windows and tasting rooms to create a spring-like atmosphere throughout the eco-winery.1
