I am seeking a person to lead my architectural team in Kansas City. I thought that in your position that you may know peers that might be interested in leading the architectural team of a fifty year old firm and the challenges that come from leading a team of eleven and several million dollars in backlog.

In addition for the right candidate, the path to becoming a principal will be much shorter with the success that they bring through leadership and contacts.

If you know someone that might be interested in such an opportunity, please forward my contact information on to them.

Thanks in advance for your help.
