Tetrabrik Pavilion by CUAC ArquitecturaUsing 45,000 milk cartons as pseudo LEGO bricks, <a href="http://cuacs.com/index.php?/arquitectura/2011pabellon-de-briks/">CUACS Arquitectura</a> built this extraordinary pavilion in Spain to honor <a href="http://www.facebook.com/worldrecyclingday">World Recycling Day.</a> In 2011, the Government of Granada worked with the waste recycling company RESUR to commission the project, which used recycled tetra briks taken from more than 100 colleges throughout the Spanish province. Once completed, it became the world's largest major construction built from <a href="http://inhabitat.com/tag/recycled-materials/">recycled materials</a>, thereby winning the Guinness World record in that category.1
