Art.Rainbow is a Solar Powered Prefab Party Pavilion

Reminiscent of Simon (remember that popular 90s game?), Art.Rainbow is a solar-powered <a href="http://inhabitat.com/category/architecture/prefab-housing/">prefab</a> party pavilion and "<a href="http://inhabitat.com/category/lighting-2/">light</a> experience." Conceived by <a href="http://www.dxtroy.com/">Gualeni Design</a>, the multi-colored pop up dome is a place to host both day and night events. During the day, the bright structure provides shade, while at the same time soaking in the sun's rays. At night, the pavilion is illuminated using the energy it's accumulated all day, creating a magical lightshow for partygoers within.

While the example shown here is made up of basic colors, the pavilion can be fitted with any combo of hues suits your event best.

The panels are made of transparent composite material and are held together by <a href="http://inhabitat.com/category/architecture/prefab-housing/">modular</a> structures that are plastered with flexible solar panels on the top, and can be switched out easily.

<a href="http://inhabitat.com/category/lighting-2/">LED lights</a> within the ceiling of the structure set the party mood.

"ART.rainbow stores the light and the color inside during the day and gives them back outside during the night," <a href="http://www.dxtroy.com/archives/134#more-134">explains Gualeni</a> of their design.
