Gallery: Artist David Pan Builds Breathtaking Beasts from Scrap Metal

Detail shot of the beast up close!

For over twenty-five years, Davide Pan has been producing an array of work mainly using industrial and residential scrap materials collected from the local community. His materials include everything from a single piece of steel, to a soiled metal bar, to rusted broken dow machinery, and even a few sets of skis. David then spends hundreds of hours welding the pieces together to arrive at his stunning works of art, which perfectly embody and depict the power and passion of his craft.

Davide Pan was invited to this year’s Venice Biennale where many of his works are now exhibited.
