Just west of Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya is being developed at breakneck pace
The Pod’s unique structure is achieved with tubular steel members and which were then wrapped in a reflective aluminum shell. This not only refracts excess sunlight, but also changes the building’s exterior color depending on the time of day. Inside there are two different wings – a section for offices and another that acts as a showroom.
This interior space is flooded with daylight thanks to strategically placed windows. And greenery placed around the building’s perimeter has a favorable affect on the overall bio-climate. Futuristic in design and scope, every effort has been made to give this project a sustainable edge, which could help to steer how this region’s urban development unfolds.
