For design aficionados, walking through the <a href="http://inhabitat.com/icff">International Contemporary Furniture Fair</a> during <a href="http://inhabitat.com/new-york-design-week/">New York Design Week</a> is akin to being a kid in a candy store, with everything from the latest lamps to tables to chairs to toys to wallpaper, all calling for attention from every corner of the gigantic Jacob Javits Center in<a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc"> NYC</a>. If you weren't able to make it to the floor this year, don't fret - the Inhabitat editors were on the scene to unravel all of the hottest new <a href="http://inhabitat.com/icff">green designs </a>that you won't want to miss. This <a href="http://inhabitat.com/legato-studios-transforming-bench-goes-from-dining-table-to-seating-in-a-snap/">transforming table by Legato</a> caught our eye with its clever design. It can turn into a bench and back into a table in a snap - perfect for urban living!

These incredible LED lamps by <a href="http://www.aquagallery.com/">Aqua Creations</a> are each made from a single, hand-folded sheet of paper.

The square version is just as stunning.

These gorgeous Odyssey lamps by <a href="http://iqenvironments.com/product.html">iQEnvironments</a> are made from reycycled beer bottles and modeled after NYC fire hydrants.

This <a href="http://inhabitat.com/brc-designs-unveils-amazing-piano-key-chair-at-icff/">piano key chair</a> really struck a chord with us!

Designer <a href="http://www.peterstathis.com/">Peter Stathis</a> and lighting company <a href="http://joby.com/">JOBY</a> collaborated on this super bright LED Trapeze task lamp.

The Coral Reef Lamp by QisDesign featured a mushroomy design that stylishly conceals LED bulbs.

The students at Pratt never fail to amaze us with their ingenuity. Case in point: this iconic folded felt table.

A forest of these lovely LED Blossom Bulbs by <a href="http://www.pierreospina.net/">Pierre Ospina</a> grew in the middle of the Javits showfloor.

We were excited to see Strida's newest folding bike on display at the <a href="http://www.areaware.com/">Areaware</a> booth.

This colorful space divider from <a href="http://graindesign.bigcartel.com/">Grain</a> is made of reclaimed paper tube rolls from the garment district.

While other companies brought home furnishings to the show, <a href="http://puckandblossom.com/">Puck and Blossom</a> brought an actual home - the prefab ZipCabin to be more specific!

These clever <a href="http://inhabitat.com/translucent-hobo-lantern-to-light-up-the-night-during-design-week/">bags by Molo</a> do double duty as lanterns.

<a href="http://www.artofboard.com/">Art of Board</a> breathes new life into old skateboard decks by turning them into colorful tiles with tons of character.

Japanese company <a href="http://www.wtv.co.jp">Aki </a> showcased their awesome 3D cardboard sculptures - including this adorable piggie and a moving robot!

Preston Moeller collected 65,000 rubber bands to make this rather elastic (and surprisingly comfy) chair.

Adorable <a href="http://inhabitat.com/dcs-corp-shows-off-their-enchanting-washi-cloud-lamps-at-icff/">cloud shaped lamps</a> by DSC Corp.

Leave it to Brooklynites to make chicken-keeping trendy. This <a href="http://inhabitat.com/a-solar-powered-chicken-co-op-that-old-macdonald-would-be-proud-of/">modern hen house</a> by RAAD stole the show at the BKLYN Designs booth.

We saw the elegant Plumen bulb live in action for the first time.

Believe it or not, this <a href="http://brcdesigns.com/">crazy chair made from thousands of computer parts</a> is actually quite comfy.
