One piece of furniture that has already caught our eye is this Lucky Beam bench by Brooklyn-based eco-design house Katch Design. Made from 100% recyclable aluminum, this bench features a solvent free powder coat finish and a reclaimed Heart Pine seat coated with an all-natural, 100% sustainable, petroleum-free, zero-VOC oil base. With a design concept that pays respect to New York City’s ubiquitous subway station I-beams, the Lucky Beam adds just the right touch of urban freshness to funkify any space -- outdoors or in!1
