Built with the same steel frame and unfolding technology of all their other homes, the Lofthouse is outfitted with finishes, fittings, appliances and systems for 50% higher energy performance and healthier living spaces.

The prefab home starts at $335,000 with multiple bedroom options and 3 baths. Blu Homes is already taking advanced orders and expects the first homes to be delivered this winter.
