Toilet technology is one of the most underappreciated yet important aspects of green building. After you flush the Stealth Toilet, a special tube transfers air to the trapway below the tank. That air bubble displaces the water in the trap, which then pushes the water up into the bowl. This results in a dramatic reduction in water, and as you flush the air creates a vacuum that effectively discharges the bowl.
