BRZ Architecture’s Cozy LEED Platinum Southern Cottage Finds a Home on Spring Island, SC

    It's always a pleasure to see traditional architectural vernacular influenced by sustainable design. One such case is the rustic Bird Patch Guest Cottage in Spring Island, South Carolina. This handsome cottage designed by <a href="http://www.brzarchitecture.com/index2.php#/info2/3/">BRZ Architecture</a> is the first in the Lowcountry tradition of architecture to be LEED Platinum certified.
