Mu Architecture created this incredible hill-top residence that demonstrates how elegant design can be fused with energy efficiency. Dubbed Malbaie V residence, the four-bedroom building is embedded in the rocky hillside of Cap-à-l’Aigle within the region of Charlevoix, Quebec, Canada. The residence is encased within a red cedar exterior and topped with a living planted roof that insulates the building and helps to control rainwater runoff.
