The Light Stage House by Future StudioFuture Studio made the most of an awkward Japanese lot with the curved Light Stage House in Hiroshima. Since the house had to be oriented in a way that lacks sufficient southern exposure, the designers designed the home so that the living areas spill out onto a rooftop terrace that permits sunlight to penetrate deep into the interior, and then finished it off with a series of haphazard cutouts that bring in even more light.1
