Between the front and back doors, the nucleus of the house revolves around a slick, high tabletop surrounded by stools and a small kitchen space. It opens up to a shared living room with a convertible sofa bed on one side and a private area on the other created by a self-contained study unit.

    I NEED this house. I saw it at the Solar Decathlon and its my dream home ever since. ^.^

    Just a wee correction.. the concrete table has been mentioned as a design by Flexus, when it was infact a student from the team who designed it. Flexus did provide the concrete however.

    Congratulations to all the teams involved and welldone team NZ and team Maryland – cant wait for next years productions. Personally speaking -it would be nice to see biomimcry and natural shapes being introduced introduced for the future.
