ASU Polytechnic has transformed a decommissioned airbase with a 245,000 square-foot program into a gorgeous new LEED Gold certified campus. The design of the new complex takes full advantage of the temperate climate, utilizing vents for circulation while creating a cohesive pedestrian campus with room to grow. The renovation also removed more than 14 acres of asphalt and concrete and replaced it with lush desert landscape that assists in the restoration of the area’s natural groundwater reserve.
