Golden Crust BakeryMuch like the delicious breads it used to churn out, this former Golden Crust Bakery turned gorgeous family home is thoroughly satisfying - both inside and out. Located in Armadale, Melbourne, Australia, the unique residence is the work of Jackson Clements Burrows, who worked their magic to refurbish the bakery/warehouse while maintaining its brick-clad charm. Click through the gallery to see photos of the delectable interior spaces as well as the airy bridge that was built to connect one part of the home to the other.1

Golden Crust BakeryAn architectural statement in and of itself, the bridge corridor is composed of wooden slats that allow for natural light and ventilation.6
Golden Crust BakeryThe newly created space is so pleasant that it can even be used as a social area with seating and views of the grounds.7
