Members of the Encinitas Historical Society say that the apartments are among the earliest and best examples of recycled architecture in the area, and we have to admit, it was decidedly more ambitious to erect these structures from the ground up.

    I just drove by your boat houses. Did not stop
    On way back home to Pasadena, I will stop and like to see it with my own eyes if I may?

    My mom told me the story that my uncle Miles Kellogg`s my moms sisters husband built them boats thanks for posting them i only saw them one other time on Huell Howser

    I used to live in Encinitas when I was in college. Rode my bike by them all the time, but had no idea they weren’t actually boats. That’s super cool. Always wanted to rent one, but was worried I might feel seasick, like how I do on real boats.
