With such an alarming number of families not spending time outdoors, the National Trust felt compelled to act. Their first sofa and tea table is on their own land. With such fabulous views, all they ask is that you come out and visit.

    I would be very interested in how this is accomplished.

    Niche horticulture? Special training? Specialized techniques?

    Grows so fast – particular species of grass? engineered irrigation? pest control needed to suppress weeds and/or fungi like pythium or other water molds? maintenance, obviously, requires a grounds crew with a mower!

    Kudos to your ingenuity there! Hats off to your National Trust!!!
