Designed by local firm <a href="http://www.pbclarchitecture.com/" target="_blank">Pearce Brinkley Cease + Lee</a>, the parking garage provides parking for visitors and employees in the area. The parking garage features a number of eco-friendly features to compliment the LEED-designed <a href="http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/greensquare/" target="_blank">Green Square Complex</a> in downtown Raleigh.1
