Santiago-based <a href="http://www.gubbinsarquitectos.cl/" target="_blank">Gubbins Arquitectos</a> designed the space to be open and airy, with the internal atmosphere reflecting the truly calming views of the Pacific Ocean. It incorporates grainy surfaces and timber screens to offset the residence's natural surroundings, while a serene terrace extends out to the ocean below.1
