Hassell Studio Brisbane-HASSELLEvery architecture firm should have an inspiring space in which work, and HASSELL's studio in Brisbane makes us just a bit jealous. The firm renovated the former Keating’s Bread Factory into a 2,170 square meter open floor plan workspace that celebrates the historic integrity of the building and modernizes it into a multipurpose venue for exhibition and creation. Not only is the project a great example of adaptive reuse, but the firm also showed off their skills by incorporating sustainable strategies like daylighting, natural ventilation, rainwater harvesting, and recycling.1
